Hosting our security footage and access control systems on a centralised network provides the flexibility to efficiently change, remotely manage and expand the systems as required. It also enables the Committee to manage some functions themselves, therefore saving costs from external service providers. By having a campus based website, we are able to deploy cameras in more strategic locations without cost prohibitive cabling. We have also installed wifi connected smart irrigation (adjusts based on weather forecast), common lighting control (turn 0n at sunset and off at sunrise) and internet access to garage parking gates.
